Day 2 Waiheke Island Day Excursion
This morning fly over Auckland by helicopter on your scenic flight highlighting Auckland’s “City of Sails,” Auckland Harbor Bridge, Sky Tower and Americas Cup Village, before reaching Waiheke Island, the largest and most settled island. Waiheke Island’s microclimate enables the production of some outstanding grape varieties. Our tour includes visits to some of the more unique wineries each with their own specialities. Enjoy a superb lunch at one of the leading wineries and experience samples of local vintages together with a variety of fresh cuisine or seafood specialities. Return to Auckland by the catamaran fast ferry. Remainder of the day at leisure. (B,L)

Day 3 Auckland at Leisure
A day at leisure in Auckland. Your experienced host will be on hand to assist you as you explore this delightful city. (B) 

Day 4 Rotorua, Treetops Estate & Lodge
After breakfast we travel by coach to Rotorua. On arrival you will be taken on a brief tour of this thermal wonderland. Experience an extraordinary journey of Maori Culture and mythology at “The Realm of Tane” before continuing to Treetops Estate & Lodge, offering discerning travelers both a haven of tranquility and an unparalleled sporting and recreational experience. Day 5 Treetops Estate & Lodge at Leisure

Day 6 Rotorua / Queenstown
Depart Rotorua for your flight to Queenstown (flight not included) on the South Island. You will be transferred to Millbrook Resort, set in a magnificent alpine location. A luxurious resort with many activities available including golf. Tonight, explore Queenstown with our very special Dine Around Dinner™ where you can choose one of four unique dining experiences. Day 7 4WD Adventure
A unique adventure experience awaits you today as we journey by comfortable 4WD safari vehicle into unspoiled and secluded back country, behind the mountains on our quest through goldfield regions. Your appetite, appreciation and senses will be satiated by this unique, adventurous open-air experience. (B)

Day 8 Queenstown at Leisure
Queenstown is a year round destination and offers many different activities. Your Platinum Host will assist you to ensure that you discover the charms of Queenstown. (B)

Day 9 Tasman Glacier Experience, Mt Cook
After breakfast we travel through spectacular scenery on our journey from Queenstown to Mt Cook. This afternoon we learn about the workings and movement of the glacial environment, viewing information demonstrating alpine and mountaineering skills at the Ranger Center. This will be followed by a fascinating adventure—a guided walk and boat journey to the spectacular Tasman glacier ice face among awe-inspiring ice formations. Accommodation: Mt Cook, The Hermitage (Aoraki Wing). (B,L,D)

Day 10 Mt Cook / Christchurch
This morning scenic flights are available (own expense). Travel through the spectacular high country into the Garden City of Christchurch. Accommodation: The George Hotel, Christchurch for two nights. (B)

Day 11 Christchurch at Leisure, Farewell Dinner
Today is yours to explore the city and surrounding areas. Your Platinum Host can assist you in planning your day. Tonight enjoy a special Farewell Dinner at Pescatore Restaurant. (B,D)

Day 12 Depart Christchurch
After breakfast this morning your tour concludes. Transfer to Christchurch Airport before departing New Zealand.
