The hotel is located about
a 10 minute drive from the airport.

A taxi will cost around $12.00AUD
one way.

far is the city center from the hotel? |
We are located just north
of the city center, just a short five minute walk.

| Do
you have guest laundry facilities? |
Yes we have two guest laundries
located in the hotel on guest room floors. There is also a
valet laundry service available seven days a week, however
weekends do attract a surcharge.

you have internet facilities? |
Yes, we have two guest coin
operated Internet computers located in the hotel lobby.

| Where
are the best shopping areas? |
We have detailed maps of
Cairns available showing the shopping areas. Most shops are
a five to 10 minute walk from the hotel.

far is the closest hospital? |
The hospital is located only
a block away from the hotel, a short 2 minute walk. We can
arrange a doctor to come to the hotel if required.

you store our extra luggage? |
Yes we have a large secure
luggage storage area behind reception.

is the closest chemist/pharmacist store? |
The closest is a five minute
walk from the hotel.

| Where
is the closest automatic teller machine (ATM) or cash machine? |
The closest is located inside
the night markets on the esplanade, about a 5 minute walk.

you mail extra packages/luggage overseas for me? |
Yes, we can provide you with
a number of different quotes and carriers and are quite happy
to pack and send all items for you.

| Do
you have umbrellas? |
Yes, they are free of charge
to hotel guests.

| Do
you have international adaptors? |
We have a number of adaptors.
They will change the configuration of your appliance, they
do not change the voltage.
